Best Bounce Around Policy

Payments: We require a $50 deposit on Visa or Master Card for any reservation of our Inflatable or Dunk tank unit. Final payment is made to the driver at time of delivery. We can only accept Money Order or Cash prior to setup. You can pay remaining balance with Visa or Master card by phone the day before your event. Our drivers cannot accept credit cards.

Cancellations: The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the reservation 20 days prior to your rental date. Canceling within 20 days of the rental date, you will then lose your deposit, unless of inclement weather, you may reschedule or your deposit can be refunded. If you cancel within 5 business days of your event you will owe the entire amount due. All cancellations must be made in writing via email/fax. We will contact you the day before your event.

We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 40 mph). If it rains the morning of your event we will wait until rain stops before we can setup. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern.

The following are NOT reasons for cancellation by either party and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Chance of showers or Thunder Showers
  • Function cancellation within 20days of the rental date.
  • Once a Inflatable or any rented unit is delivered, all rentals are final.

Delivery & Setup: We currently offer free delivery to most local areas. Beyond that a delivery fee applies depending how far we have to go.

A flat grassy surface is required for setup. This area must be clean, level and free of any overhead branches or wires. A Bounce/Slide needs a 2-3ft. clearance around it. We cannot setup a unit on sand or Gravel. We may require assistance or charge extra for Stairs, hills or abnormal situations. We do set-up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. Spaces that are typically large enough are gyms, stages, shopping malls, and convention halls.
* $30.00 charge to bring sandbags if unit is on concrete, asphalt or indoor events. You must sign a waiver contract and pay any remaining balance prior to setup. Our drivers carry proof of insurance at all times.

Full Day Rentals only: Our full day rentals are 5 hours or longer depending on our schedule. We setup early afternoon or late morning, we pickup after 6:00pm until dusk during the spring and summer months. After September 1st , pickup is 5:00pm until dusk. We might setup your rental the night before depending on your location. If your event is longer, then we will charge an additional $35.00 per hour and add the charges on your credit card.

Rain Policy: We are reasonable and flexible. We will contact you the day before your reservation. In the case of inclement weather, you may reschedule or your deposit will be refunded. All Confirmations are made 24hours in advance. We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 40 mph). Additional Charges: Lessee "renter" is responsible for any damage to Inflatable or Dunk Tanks. NO Shoes, Food, Silly String, Chewing Gum or Drinks are permitted. Please clean all debris from units before we pick it up. SILLY STRINGS FINES ARE $1000 and can seriously damage our units. Anyone that violates this policy will be subject to a cleaning charge of $50.00 and up to $1000 depending on the damage. Dunk Tank must be empty before pickup or a $25.00 will charged to your credit card. All inflatables must be dry when picked up. Lessee must roll up and cover up unit if inclement weather exist.
